The program called for a Regional Operations Center for three buildings and a service yard for Trucks and Supplies. The Main Building houses a Public Lobby, Offices & Meeting Rooms, Training Room (Sub-dividable), Operations Call Center, Locker Rooms, Warehouse & Loading Area. A Vehicle Maintenance Building houses 3 service bays, vehicle wash bay, offices, parts room, and storage. A Storage Shed sits at the back of the site. The Service Yard houses a Fuel Pump Station, Maintenance Vehicle Parking, and Lay-down storage area.
